US Returns

If your Product arrives damaged or if the Product you received is not the Product you originally ordered, we will accept returns within fifteen (15) daysupon the delivery of the Product and in accordance with the returned procedure below.  We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (RMA) to ship your Product back to us in its original box and ship you a replacement unit as soon as the Product has been returned and inspected.

If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, we will accept returns within fifteen (15) daysupon the delivery of your Product and in accordance with the Return Procedure below. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (RMA) to ship your Product back to us in its original box. Provided that our team confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with the return procedure below, your original form of payment will be refunded upon receipt of your returned Product, less a $25.00 restocking feeto cover the cost of return shipping and handling.

Rest of the World Returns

If you are outside of the US and have changed your mind regarding your purchase, we can help you return your product for a refund* as long as the item is in unused condition and the original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay and take care of the return shipping and any costs associated with returning your Product.* Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1 - Fill out the support form here.

Step 2 - Wait for our team to get back to you within 1-3 days with further instructions. You are eligible for a return only if you have filled out the support form within your 15-day window.

Step 3 -  Print the label and place it outside the returned package.

Step 4 - Drop the package to a dedicated store nearby.

You must respect the following conditions in order to obtain a full store credit or refund:

  1. Your linedock must be returned in its original packaging(product box, shipping box, etc.).
  2. Your linedock must not have defects, scratches, been damaged or used.
  3. Sealing label and security tags must still be attached to the box.
  4. Damaged linedocks must be returned in the condition in which they have been received and you shall not attempt to modify, handle or repair them. For more information, check out our Warranty Policy.

We cannot guarantee that your linedock will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

If the returned linedock cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

*All VAT/Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are non-refundable.

 

TL;DR:

This 15-Day Return Policy does not cover any of the following situations:

- I tried to replace the SSD and I broke it

- I scratched it and I want a refund
